1. if i cant confirm what ugg size i need , what can i do ?
many customers cant be sure if their sizes are 7.5 or 7 US, you can measure your foot, and email me the length, we will help you do the decisions. contact us for more information.

we usually sell our ugg boots in US and UK ,it is the first time we develope the Canada market. in order to build a good relationship with canadian customers , we will send the package safely and freely.you don't need to pay extra tax extra the products fee.

3.how long does the shiping take?
general speaking, it will take 3-7days to your home. when we get the tracking number of your package , we will email you .and help you track the traking number in time , then inform you the information to be sure you are at home to sign and get your parcel .

4. i dont understand , if your uggs are good quality, why the price is so cheap than offical website?
Our ugg boots are from factory directly,and we are online shop.So we can save many costing for you.

5.how do i keep track of my order?
we will send you the tracking number in time ,so you can track your status of order and e-mail you the tracking details in time so that you can get your parcel as soon as possible.

6.I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if you find the UGG Boots unfitted in size after receiving the items, we will arrange an product exchange . Goods must be returned within 7 days（we cannot honor any refunds after this 7 days period） of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
